Need help getting started or long term? It is very important to us that every member maximizes the time spent and achieves desired results!  We understand the need for individual attention to make that happen.  Everyone is different!

Personal training

  • We have plenty of options to review.  We can cater a workout plan for your personal needs.  ​​

nutritional counseling

  • Diet and exercise go hand in hand.  When we say "diet" we mean eat right for you.  We will work with you to help you make the best decisions for your lifestyle.

  • 30 min Nutritional Service = $30 each

Jen is passionate about fitness and healthy living.  She is certified with the American Council on Exercise in Personal Training and holds several other certifications such as Ace Fitness Nutrition Specialist.  Her insurance is with AARP through ACE and she is licensed in the State of North Carolina.  The personal attention building a plan for you can include:
